this pasta I made and chicken I baked a couple of days ago. I don't even remember what ingredients I used to season it. I just threw some stuff together.
eggs from my own birds: chickens ducks and quail
pork sausage from wild hogs & hogs I've raised & processed privately
Some times a little Kashi with vanilla Almond milk
bananas
toasted bagels w/ cream cheese and lox
coffee for sure, I like the organic cuban from Mayora, wow awesome coffee! with a drop of stevia and some vanilla creamer
Cornflakes with milk followed by coffee. I know, pretty boring but later lunch and dinner become more interesting.
When I travel, I really hog and succumb to temptation on seeing the sumptuous breakfast buffets laid out in hotels. Surprisingly, although I've traveled all over the world, I liked breakfast at Dooley's in Waterford, Ireland the best.
