Ahaha "24/7 support " line always makes me laughing

If you talking about support in general, then yeah, you might have it 24/7. Aff managers are simply substituting each other.

But if you want your personal manager always be there for you... well that`s to much ahaha

Aff managers are also human beings, they need to sleep, eat rest and etc. Sometimes they can get sick, ill or whatever.

I`ve been in this industry for quite long and i`ve never seen anyone being ALWAYS available.

So i would say that good Aff manager should be in your timezone, RESPONSIVE and know how this industry works. Everything else will come later

But that`s just my view
