The alternative might be a niche or micro-niche that people will be loyal to and pay for (content not found on tubes). That is generally easier to SEO but also a more limited market.

Before even approaching SEO, one needs to plan.

Today it's quite impossible to go for any sort of mass appeal as the competition is massive. There's a handful of sites that literally concentrate about 50 pct. of ALL adult traffic in the world.

I've built a network of 66 sites in the past, and there almost hasn't been a week when somebody wouldn't hit me up looking for contextual backlinks for one of the biggest adult tubes.

This was circa 2010-11 and lot of things have changed ever since, but just to get an idea that ranking for any of the big keywords is pretty much impossible.

I would argue, intuitively, that the user experience (time on site, repeat visitors, bounce rate) has a higher value now as opposed to just getting a huge amount of backlinks, but even here one competes with sites that have not only a massive amount of content, but whole crews to work on the user experience and visitor acquisition alike.

Some long tail may still work, or niche may an option.

However with a niche - based on my experience, one really needs to be into what he does. There's a major amount of effort that needs to put into a tube site before it starts to generate any sort of minimal return, and if you won't like what you do - you will have a much harder time to stay on track.

If you have enough money then build own porn site and add videos of 5-6 minutes. Start with 2 server. One for video storage and one for site. With 1 Gbps you can server 2k live visitor. When you reached 2k live visitor, make a replica of videos on another server. Go with wordpress because it outperform in Seo when compared to any other content management.

I think doing good SEO research will allow you to rank well in the search engines for keywords that are profitable as well as informative. Even though the web is saturated with adult keywords, there is still words that become profitable with work

Truth is to monetize free stuff you need 500K/day page views to get serious about monetizing with ads.

I know how to copy ANYTHING that is viewed digitally -- so exclusive content is a fallacy too.
