Basically you pay each visits that goes to a banner or a landing page or any ad type that you are willing to purchase with PPV ( Pay per view ). PPV is a bit harder to optimize than other payment type like CPA (cost per action) or CPC (cost per click). But if you do it right you could get a way bigger ROI (return on investment).
