It doesn't matter what affiliate program you choose if your website isn't getting a lot of traffic. To make any money being an affiliate you need to get a lot of traffic in order to get some people to click on your affiliate ads. So, focus on getting traffic to your site, then pick an affiliate program that is in the same niche as your website. Visitors came to your site for a reason - have affiliate ads on your site that target those same visitors.
