what kind of ranking methods work with youtube now

It is still working but not for long term ranking. You could try to do set and forget, just write a well optimized Title - Description - Tags combo,send some social signals like G+,tweets,fb shares and you will see how your ranking is increasing everyday. There are a lot of working methods for Youtube,just test a little bit and you will find your own way to rank videos.

Well My Point of view ! Just search only Title youtube be video title & let's see where is your Ranking !

I wonder if the backlinks help that much for youtube video. I'm actually tetsing a video without any backlinks. Can't any use from it.
