What native ads platform is best for nutra verticals ?

It doesn't work that way.
A lot depends on what placement your native ad would have.
In essence that means what type of traffic is going to see your ad?
There is no best in advertising, there is just what works and hopefully continues to work.

Well, particularly for the Dominican Republic Geo. I know some are good only in the US or Europe. I'm looking for one that is not known for bots and covers that Geo well.

the Dominican Republic Geo.
Widen your net to more Central American Countries if you want to see volume or multiple ad networks for the Dominican Republic only. Try mobile geo-fencing ads maybe. The fact that you are trying to sell nutra excludes you from some advertising resources.

What if I was going to sell tours, transportation and car rentals in Dominican Republic but my target tourists are Russian and European.

All of them. I'd recommend to make test a top 3-5 and see who you're most compatible with. Evadav, MGID, Taboola, Mondiad, Adskeeper, Bidvertiser....

What is the best native ads platform to use for nutra vertical ?
There's no single "best" platform, as performance varies greatly based on your specific offer, targeting, and creative. The best approach is to thoroughly research the different native ad platforms, consider factors like traffic quality, compliance policies (especially important for nutra), targeting options, and pricing. Then, run small test campaigns on 2-3 platforms to determine which delivers the best ROI for you.

Hey @NickDaddy - Dominican Republic as a GEO is tricky for native, especially when you're targeting inbound tourists like Russians and Europeans. MGID is actually a decent starting point since they have reach in Tier 2–3 GEOs and support cloaking if done on your side. but don’t expect clean traffic unless you aggressively optimize by placements.
if you’re going to push nutra or local travel offers with cloaking, you’ll probably get better control using platforms like Zeropark (for zero-click), or even push platforms like RichAds or Propeller. They give you better flexibility with landing page paths and cloaker setups, and many buyers use them for this kind of arbitrage. nNative is good for storytelling—but in DR, for those audiences, you might get more volume and lower bot risk through push + pop if you dial in the targeting.
Similarly, I work with a self-serve DSP with push, pop, and zero-click traffic on CPC/CPM, and we have solid volume in DR and surrounding LATAM regions. you get full transparency on zones, source-level optimization, and it’s totally cloaker-friendly as long as your landers are set up right. Way fewer issues with bot traffic compared to some native networks, and it’s ideal if you’re targeting tourists based on device, carrier, or even language. if you want help setting up or testing the right funnel for Nutra or your local travel offer, I can walk you through it
