Well, for start, I would be suspicious to get an offer where everything is unlimited, because it just doesn't work that way, there is no unlimited space, unlimited bandwidth etc. especially for 20-30$ per month. I would recommend that you do a checkup on every host you might be interested in, look for the reviews and relevant uptime data to be sure you are getting what you are paying for.
