As a part of the online shop I'm launching, I want to buy a social CRM software for it, or a help desk that includes it, because as I'm going to run FB ads and promote it on Twitter as well, I'm sure that I will receive many inquiries through social media, so I want to be ready for that.
At the moment, I'm looking into Kayako, and it looks solid, because the reviews are pretty good. However, I wanted to ask you guys what you think about it.
I want to give e-commerce a try. I've been studying it for a while, and I feel I'm ready for it. However, I want to start off with the right foot, and that is why I want to equip my store with the best in every single aspect. Btw, I'm using Shopify for it, because I want to keep everything running smoothly and fast and don't bother too much with the technical, at least for now.
