What's The Best Video Search & Downloader Program?

I'm looking for a software program that searches multiple video sites
& also has a down loader program in it, are there any programs out
there like this.

What do you mean by a program that can search for videos? Youtube almost has all the videos that you would want. If i were you i would install the downloadhelper plugin for my firefox and then go to youtube and search the videos i want and download it using the plugin.

For such things I use DownloadYoutubeMp3. It a site not a software but it get's your video down to your pc without the troubles of installing the software.

Is this going against the TOS of Youtube? I thought you weren't allowed using any type of software to download vids. Maybe I'm wrong here?

Yes, you are not allowed to download direct from Youtube but there are programs available. Youtubedownloader is free and easy to use (apparently)
