Whats the best way to recruit for a 1st timer?

I have marketed things online before, with great success, but never an affiliate program. It is for a new search engine that just launched yesterday and their are only 100 resellers signed up so far. They are going to launch national advertising in 2 months, so the owner (their office is by mine) told me to sign up as many people as I can before the advertising hits.

What do you guys suggest? I have a lead company and we have the capabilities to post ads all over the country on craigslist, but I really don't know what category to post under for that.

I want to do the ppc thing and make a video, but I have never done this before so any help would be appreciated! Seems like a good opportunity to make some money, but Ive gotten excited about things before and they've flopped.

Hi Paul,

You are recruiting affiliates for the new search engine company, is that right?

On most classified sites you'd advertise under something like business opportunities. I'm not sure if CL allows straight commission jobs and as you know they are really strict so you need to read the rules. There are other classified sites plus you can post on some affiliate forums. (Not this one though.)
