I’m seeking advice on a challenge we’re facing and would love to hear your thoughts.

We’re a Germany-based company that provides full-time engineering support for businesses looking to scale their digital transformation projects. This includes roles like:

• DevOps Engineers
• Embedded Software Engineers (IoT)

We don’t just hire engineers — we also manage and integrate them into our clients’ projects, ensuring seamless operations.

Here’s What We Need Help With:
We’re trying to find affiliates who can connect us with companies needing engineering talent. Affiliates would earn 3% on the annual net contract value for every deal closed. For example:

• A €100,000 net contract = €3,000 commission for the affiliate.

thank you, and yes i noticed that mostly here are direct b2c affiliates and had me thinking of checking for affiliates who might be interested in promoting e-commerce website .
