Where to find the superaffiliates

Finding super affiliates, getting them to join your programs and then keeping them...well, that's the job of a really good, experienced affiliate manager. In other words, you need to pay someone well to recruit and keep those type of affiliates. I doubt anyone is going to tell you how to find them for free.
