whice host plan take for normal load time

i bought shared host at ipage for 25 $ but the great load time 2 -5 sec
and only for small landers i have so not the best

so whice host plan do i need to choose for noraml load time for my sites?
any reviews/fedback to host? hostgator bluehost etc

2 i have great content i want to lock content
how can i do that
with blog site and than pop apper? how do i do this properly

A VPS is usually recommended for landers. Shared hosting can slow load times, as other sites are drawing from the same resources as you are. Also, lean and clean code can make a difference.

Are you using a CDN for your content delivery?

You can check through those but I think that @no2pencil 's advice to talk to them about plans (or read their sites) is probably the best thing to do.

Re content locking, I'm afraid that I don't know about that but hopefully someone who does will pop in here to offer some good guidance.
