Seeking Help Which Affordable Affiliate Management is Recommended to Run an Affiliate Marketing Program?

Hi Affiliate Managers,

I wanted to ask for your expert guidance and opinion on which affiliate management system software you guys swear by when it comes to running your own in-house offer.

I currently use software that I don't want to disclose. Their customer service is pretty bad, and the software update is not frequent. And facing a lot of server crashes.

Let's say a monthly subscription that is over $500 is out of the way. So CAKE, Afise, Everflow is out of the picture.

Offer is Revenue Share, Pay Per Lead, CPA.

Which self-hosted system that you guys have run for years and facing no tracking issues?

Here are some criteria that I'm looking for like

1. Send clickID token in the offer link.
2. Postback stats with clickID which get sale
3. Affordable (one-time fees setup that's it) or very low-cost monthly fees.
4. Good customer support.

May I ask can you guys please send a couple of suggestions on which system is recommended and why do you think it is good?

Let's say you have over 1000 affiliates+.

We're using Scaleo. Works pretty good for us.
Trackier is also a good SAAS solution which I have used in the past. Both are below 500 USD per month.

I do not know any self-hosted tracking systems that aren't extremely old or just overall bad.

For over 1000 affiliates? 200 are active?
Do you own that site (<rolls eyes>) and have no developers on staff?
