I would recommend you DigitalOcean VPS with a LEMP install, it's cheap and unbelivable fast.

Then add cloudlfare as a CDN and you will get the fastest load times ever.

For DigitalOcean there are a lot of free tutorials on how you can set up everything.

If you don't want to deal with any setups use Rackspace Cloudfiles.
