Which Internet Service Provider do you use for your broadband?

What are they like? Has their service improved since they took over NTL?

I haven't noticed any hands on change to the broadband but the TV service is being revamped shortly.

I haven't had the need to phone them recently so I don't know what their customer service is like now but I can say that they have been pretty good in the past for me.
