Which of the 3 core markets is the niche keto in?

Hi guys,

I just finished reading DotCom Secrets by Russell Brunson. He says there's 3 core markets:

Health, Wealth, and Relationships

Which market is keto in?

Is it health? People lose weight to become healthy.
Is it relationships? People lose weight to look attractive to others.
Is it wealth? People lose weight before a bodybuilding competition to win (and money is sometimes given as a prize).

Nutra products, including keto diets, are in the health vertical. That does not mean that you can't use the relationship or some other angle when promoting a keto offer. In fact, you should. If you can create a unique angle for a specific target audience, you can increase conversions.

To be honest, I have never made a connection of keto with wealth. Interesting idea, hope it works for you if you go with it.

I think Keto it`s more about health, but it`s really nice idea to split health niche to more specific fields. And what about wealth, it sounds loke something new for me, but the issue that can arrise is that there are not so big targeted audience
