Hi there! Do you mean sources like ad networks? There are many, I worked with PropellerAds, they seem to be the biggest for pops and push. You can just search ad networks by the ad format you need and then ask them if they have ytour geos.
Can you also tell me something, please? Have you tried these mVAS offers with FB traffic? I want to try that, but have no idea how to sort mobile carriers, FB doesn't have such filter. Maybe you know how to solve this?
