Why Bing delay for website index? I did submit url in Bing webmaster tool before 10 days but still bing did not still get index. please suggest some best solution to get index in Bing.

There is only one way and it is getting more links to your site. The more search engines see URLs pointing to your site, the most it will get crawled… and indexed.

Bing hasn't got it's cherry popped yet
Unfortunately, more than 80% of my SE referrals (or more) have been elGoog. Mostly mobile crap these days. Bing traffic is better quality but has always been in small quantities.

Did you place the verification HTML and is your robots.txt OK?

Under the Diagnostic & Tools, there is an option to "Fetch as Bing". Have you tried this to verify that Bing can receive your site content?

If it can reach it with no issue, & assuming that you've already submitted your sitemap to Bing, verify that your sitemap url is correct. Copy & paste it into your browser. Make sure that it's visible & reachable externally.

Not really sure, but I think it's due to the Bing bot is not efficient as Google bot.

That said, Bing traffic is mainly tier 1 traffic ... It can be profitable
