Why Google is Not index website Fast

I desgn Mobile Related Website and have done lots of work but my site is not index can anyone help me which SEO tool i used for website index.

Have you added your website in Google webmaster tools?
Have to add it first then Google will index your website in the Google search

how long have you been waiting? there are many factors involved and sometimes google takes weeks to index a site.
