Why you do not want to use Heart Internet for your Hosting

I used to have a reseller hosting account with Heart Internet, their server is unreliable, it crashes frequently, I moved all my account, send then and email that I do not want to use their service anymore, I also called to cancel but you need to read the message below.

Which has been deactivate because I do not use them any more. If you are shopping for a hosting account, you should definitely eliminate Heart Internet from your list of prospective hosting providers.

Temi, I am assuming you went with Heart Internet soley because they are UK based? If not then i have no idea why you could choose such a host, every were online is filled with bad PR for Heart Internet.
