Windows message

HI guys

I decided to get shot of my firewall - Sygate and Avast - Anti virus to use Comodo firewall and Comodo antivirus instead.

Both installed well and got them running. However I am getting this windows security alert to tell me that I don't have a virus program running.

I don't understand what to do as I have the new anti virus running.

Any idea's?

There is nothing to worry about, Windows does not detect all AntiVirus programs, so it is normal for Windows to pop up with a message to say that there is no AntiVirus software running.

As long as you have removed the old AntiVirus and Firewall program and installed the new ones you are fine. Also make sure you have downloaded the updates for your new AntiVirus software.

I went and removed the comodo anti virus about 15 minutes ago because I was worried about seeing that constant windows message.

I've put the Avast back on now and the message has gone so I'm relieved.

It was mainly my firewall I wanted to change really. The Sygate is now gone and I have Comodo firewall.
