Windows Vista virus exploits?

Vista is not even out yet and report of virus and exploits are already rift, MS is denying this (naturally) excerpts from MS rebuttal:
These reports pose no risk for Microsoft customers," said the firm's Stephen Toulouse in a blog posting.

Vista's just in Beta stage so it's going to be full of holes. The good part is that the more exploits they find now, the more things that will be non issues when the software is released.

I can't figure out why Microsoft would want to deny it though, everyone knows Beta means not finished yet.

If that's the case then they should never have released it as an open beta. If they wanted to keep it under wraps then they should have done all the bug testing in house.

Naturally they would have tested it for bugs, the one they failed to see are the one other people found and are pointing out.

It isn't an open beta as it has only been released to the Microsoft Developer Network for people who plan to use the SDK to develop for vista

They say is not a virus, only a security hole and it won't exist in Vista when the final verions will come out
