Nothing is cheap in this world, nobody is fool to sell anything at cheap rates. Its just a tactic to gain more customers, Most of the time people selling hosting (resellers) at cheap rates, oversells the server and host websites on them. This results only in one thing, either the server will get crashed or the account will get suspended by the web host. Instead one should look at the quality and not the word "Cheap". Quality never comes at Cheap.
