[WTS] Sitewide PR 6 Technology - webmaster - development website

I am selling a site-wide link on a tech blog ( webmaster, development, flash, flex, photoshop, techs ) with PR 6 on homepage and PR 5 on most of the full blog post pages.

I want to be fair from the start :

- the domain is on a blogsport
- content is not totally unique
- website has strong backlinks
- few links out
- content updated, but not very often
