This is a "relaxation" thread.. so.. relax and talk about music )

I for one. can't really say i have a particular type of music i enjoy listening to.. i have periods when i listen to rock music, sometimes.. (like today) i listen to old music (and by old i mean '70s - '90s). But most of the time. i like Rap / Hip-Hop music.. why? maybe it's because of the beat and the rhythm.... or maybe it's because of the messange and the way those artists have the courage to say things that others fear and only feel rather than expressing.

How about you?

p.s: if i see in this thread any reference to O-zone i will kill myself.. those guys SUCK big time.. i don't understand why people like them so much.. the lyrics are so childish and the melody sooo weak

I like all kinds of music but i voted for Rap (as i assume this encompasses other varieties of hip-hop)...but it was a close run thing between that and Rock...

Temi, i have much new music that you may not have heard, PM me ur address and i will post some new stuff your way, do you like Bob Dylan, he has been covered by so many people and whilst he is so original he owes alot of it to the old folk/blues of the U.S. of A.

what do you think about ENCORE. the new Eminem album??? he started rapping about love but in his own style.. it rocks

Haven't actually heard it yet. I'm not a huge Eminem fan but I do respect the fact that he invented his own sound. I may not listen to him much but it doesn't detract from the fact that he's a musical genious as Manson is.
