They did not say anything
But my account was inactive for more than four months
I am trying to contact with them through support email since 3 weeks without any respond
Please help me if you can, there is around $600 in my account

Verification

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted.
