CPA Affiliate Manager - Work From Home - Must Have Prior Experience

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a proven track record handling performance led digital campaigns. A suitable candidate would be someone who has strong experience (2+ years) working in other affiliate network companies.


Responsibilities

• Driving performance campaigns across App, Mobile & Desktop web.
• Identifying and recruiting new affiliates
• Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates
• Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions
• Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
• Keeping track of affiliate performance, lead quality and payments
• Monitoring and reporting on competitors affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Lead business development initiatives for user growth

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience working as affiliate manager in other companies
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
• Hands-on understanding of the affiliate ecosystem; ideally large scale platform experiences.
• Good working knowledge with 3rd party affiliate platforms (AppsFlyer, Singular, Branch, etc. )
• Must have knowledge on different campaign models including cpa, cpi etc.
• Be the gatekeeper of excellence in delivering quality performance and should possess the hunger for growth.
• Strong on Analytics, Excel, attribution, fraud management

Salary & Time:

This job will require you to work around 5-10 hours/week.

You will get a fixed monthly salary + a percentage of the profit that our affiliate network makes.
