Odd thing is even though most of the information anyone needs to "get rich" or actually make money on the net if only they are wiling to work hard, there always are suckers who believe that there must be some secret which they can buy. 10 searches a month for long tail keywords isn't bad if you are ranking #1 for said keywords then you could beat your competitors and possibly make some money from just those visitors.
