There isn't and never has been. Google decides which one is the original and just ignores the rest as copies.

Google doesn't police plagiarism or copyright infringement, although they do take action if a complaint is filed.

That's not duplicate content. That's webpage scraping. Totally different.

Yeah, two totally different aspects. Website scraping is like stealing content from other sites, and duplicate content is repeating (copy & paste?) same ol' content in several or multiple pages on your website.

thats very interesting. I am quite a newbie to all this but you see the same things over and over again for example no duplicate content or your in trouble. helps you relax abit but i see the benefits in fresh new content.
