A Panda Refresh, Version #23 launched recently

Do you all know that a recent update in Google Panda occur currently. Google has confirmed it as a Panda refresh. This would make it version 23 and it impacted about 1.3% of English based queries. Hope for best search results by Google in coming year 2013.
