About facebook ads banning ??

Hey , I have a 4 questions about ban from Fb ads :

1 - If facebook ads deactived my account , can't I get it back again ( If No, how can I get it back )
2- If facebook ads deactived my account , Can't I create new account with same credit card ??
3- What are the requierements that should be abided to avoid banning from fb ads ?
4- what are the common reasons that fb ads considers to ban an account ?

1. Deactivated or banned?
2. No!
3. Be completely in compliance with the social platform and with the advertisers requirements set forth in your affiliate network account.
4. Violating their TOS.

1-I mean ban , what s the diffrence deactiving and bannig , I think the same right ?
