With Adpump it is not difficult to start working with offers once you become a publisher. All you need to do is to find the offers you are most interested in, check out traffic restrictions (if there are any) and join them.
If the offer you want to work with is on individual access, it means the offer manager has to approve your access to the program. While applying for access, do not forget to state clearly how you're going to promote the offer, this is a crucial point. Add a website you use, write down any other sources of traffic. Once the offer manager approves you for the program, you can start working immediately.

Yeah, I moved completely into white hat almost ten years ago. When done right, after putting the time and money into it, it has proven to be very lucrative, very predictable, very sustainable, and very easy to manage and scale!

CPL vs. CPS
We’ve seen this question pop up a lot on the internet. And we have the answer: both.
Depending on your preferred type of traffic, your experience working with different offers you may choose either one of them or both.
With CPL it is more difficult to choose a legit offer, where they won’t ban you a week later for “bad traffic” or apparent “fraud”. It is also likely you won’t get a say to defend yourself if you know it was a mistake. While choosing CPL offers, we have to conduct a proper research to make sure everyone gets paid for their work.
CPS in this case is more foolproof. If the customer purchased something and never refunded it, you get paid. It means: if the brand gets the money, you get your percentage. As simple as that.
