Friends, I'm facing a lot of ad rejection. I'm working in the health niche but the ads are very light without too many promises.

does anyone know any insight on how to get around this?

your ad, business model, or landing page doesn’t align with Facebook’s Advertising Policies. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as misleading claims, prohibited products, or unethical business practices. Here’s how to address this issue:

1. Review Facebook’s Advertising Policies

2. Double-Check Your Ad Copy & Visuals

3. Optimize Your Landing Page

4. Ensure Compliance with Facebook’s Restricted Categories

5. Appeal the Rejection

6. Consider Using Facebook’s “Business Help Center”

7. Use the "Ad Preview" Tool

FB SAYS:

Sensitive Content

Sensitive topics like health, weight loss, cosmetics, anti-aging products, and dietary supplements are closely monitored by Facebook in 2025, and ads that touch on them are likely to be rejected. It’s advisable to avoid using negative words or pain points such as ‘diet,’ ‘weight loss,’ ‘fat,’ ‘depression,’ ‘anxiety,’ ‘stress,’ ‘fear,’ ‘shock,’ or ‘fright.’

Check the FB ads library to see other people's approved ads that seem successful.
If the health industry is highly regulated by FB, as TJ Tutor stated, promote industries/niches that are not regulated.
There are hundreds of affiliate offers that you cn make money with.
Use other advertising platforms instead of limiting yourself to FB, it's not the only way to run ads.
Don't stay stuck on methods that do not work.
