Not much different than the normal SEO. You needed to keyword research as like normal keyword research. I found the long tail pro is much better keyword research tool than any other. For me, I like to buy backlinks.

For Adult SEO, you need to submit your websites that allow submission of Adult websites. There many high quality websites that allow such kind of submssions. Use Stumbleupon,Reddit,Pinboards,Adult Directories,Adult Review Websites,etc...

I am using longtail pro for keyword research on adult SEO. There is an option for doing it. This is great tool cause after integrate with SEMRUSH you could easily find the targeted keyword which has low competitors but has high search volume.
thats a great answer but i would also point to the fact you also have to check some backings from some sites that are in top pages to see where they are linking from and have a better idea what type of links will take you to those top positions
or get a company like AdultCreative

From what I have seen, there is not much different than the SEO for a mainstream site. It is a bit harder to earn a link naturally. Check this blog post about seo for adult sites there are many tips for new adult webmasters on how to rank a site.
