Well you can try to use paid traffic like : fb ads ,adwords ,bing etc and target indonesia but i dont know if they allow you to promote such offers as i dont try
Or you can take the organic route by create a site in indonezia language and post tips ,tricks related to your niche and insert your links inside your post ,you can also do that with youtube etc ,social media etc
