In this BBC article they are predicting that the workplace will acclimate and adapt to the expanding use (or rule) of Generative AI.
The article envisions that the workplace will become more equitable as well as more welcoming to disabled workers and other workers that may have certain motor skill issues that AI can take the place of.
What I mean by this is that people that don't like typing can make AI type for them with voice activation on a large scale.
Count me in on that one hahaha.
