Chat traffic is usually of very low quality. The reason you are getting paused from offers is because the leads that you generate are backing out for the advertiser (i.e. becoming paid member)

Most advertisers are not willing to accept this kind of traffic.

Take a look at Chaturbate's Pay Per Lead program. It pays $1 for Tier-1 lead.
They are ok with this kind of traffi.

You can also try adding a landing page with the basic rules: age, security, etc.

Go to porn sites like pornhub, youporn, etc and click on the ads it will lead you to landing pages.

Swipe them using SiteSucker or HTTrack.
Make changes if you want using a HTML editor like Kompozer or Dreamweaver.

Its hard to get quality out of certain types of traffic. Landing pages sometimes help but the reality is the quality just isnt there. Sometimes you can make a landing page to filter out some of the lower aged viewers to help increase traffic quality.

Sometimes you just need to get put on a lower private tier.

what I found out the Lead quality depends on your Traffic Source.
But to increase Lead Quality you should always use a lander, if you can't code HTMl learn it.

and learn css and javascript too.

Use better Targeting. You have to qualify your leads before you send them. In any lead generation process it's the same.

You need to filter out as many people as you can who will probably be a bad visit. This is usually called "qualifying".

You can do this a number of ways:

• Add an extra step to your chat with them which is going to qualify them as interested. perhaps an extra question.
• Make sure they know that they're going to have to sign up on the next site, and qualify them by letting them know that signing up is free, etc. if that's the case.
• Change the initial call to action. For instance, if your call to action is some sort of shout out in a chat room. Make sure to include in the message that you are sending uses "exclusivity". Instead of saying: "let's chat" or "come chat with me", play with their ego a bit and say "I'll only chat with you if you promise you'll behave" ... this not only filters people, but it also paints a picture of some future where they're actually video chatting, and they can imagine themselves doing it. Another example could be a paid ad. Instead of saying, "Sell more products with us, click here", you could say "Sell more, do less. only click if you are a serious marketer". That not only makes more people click, but it gives them the reaction "I'm a serious marketer" so we can assume that they're probably going to take whatever is on the other side of that link seriously.

Those are only some ideas, but you can probably imagine more ways to qualify your leads in your lead generation process. Think of it like... why are double opt-in email lists worth more than single opt-in, and why is any opt-in list worth more than a "no opt-in" list of emails?
