Yeah CPALead pays me every Thursday, but their EPC is so low I never use them anymore, I use BLAM!

Net-7 mean you will be paid at 7th of each month. Not weekly.
Suppose you have revenue from 1-30th april in some network and it does pay Net-7 so they will pay you on 7th May. not each week.

Can you please share with me the verticals you promotes that fetch you that earnings? With the traffic source you use? Have been driving traffic from startapp.com to their mainstream offers but never get a conversion.
