Hey is this a wp-script theme? I see you have some broken link in the tab for live cams. Also is this a general tube site? Would be wise to niche it down if it is and go for one topic rather than compete with the big dogs.
One thing I know in order to improve traffic is to stay consistent and keep uploading, changing titles and descriptions, use keywords, get backlinks and all the other traditional methods. To increase site speed I was recommended wp-rocket but haven't tested it myself yet.

Technically you just need to replace the IP in orange (ending with .33.41) with the one in white (ending with 161.136).

Buy adult videos from content provider, put your watermark there and upload these videos via Tube Sites Submitter to all adult tube sites. In a few days, it will start traffic.

I am not going to admin your website -- you should monitor your ads and the ads that come attached to your videos.
You could get banned by the networks that pay you if they see that on your website.
