Not quite sure what you mean by this. You need your own landing page which you collect leads from and send them via host/post.

Bing is generally cheaper than Google in terms of average click cost and conversion cost, but the volume is obviously lower. I would definitely recommend that you run a Bing campaign alongside a Google campaign. Also Facebook is a good one for this offer.
