Hi, everyone!

I've been looking for CPA offers of top US banks for quite a while and found nothing. I used both Google search and CPA aggregators. Does anyone know if these banks use CPA offers at all? If so,

1. Where can I find them?
2. Could you recommend some CPA offers aggregators e.g. offervault

Since the FED is raising rates today, I guarantee you the mortgage CPA's are going to be really spiking this week. The call centers will be busy!

^^ probably in here somewhere :p
Loans -- you have to be a licensed processor
Technically an institution can pay a finder's fee but not as a continuing business relationship.
A licensed mortgage can buy leads in the US

If you are talking about credit card offer they do exist --but not on an affiliate basis direct with any US FDIC Bank that I know of ...

Kroger owns a bank and uses it to issue prepaid cards as an example.
Many retailers like Amazon and stock brokerages have banks chartered too.
These people have a base of customers -- they don't need affiliates.
