Getting a website doesn't have to be very expensive, social media accounts are free and you can use paid ads without either of those things. If you're going the website and social route, you just need to get started building up an audience and if you want - a funnel.

I see you complaining about what you don't have, but I don't see you declaring what you do have and making a plan around that. In life, and in business, you must take stock of what you do have and learn how to work with that before you can move forward. If you need to have more, get your initial plan in operation with what you do have while making plans to acquire more of what you require to make advancements.
