avazu set-up help needed

Hi guys,

even if I launched some like 100 campaigns, I still feel a noob...
Recently I got accepted to Avazu affiliate network, but I feel lost in their dashboard... I have no idea how to set up a campaign with them... and I am searching for some kind of a guide. I figured out how to search for an offer, but once inside I cannot figure out on how to create(?) a campaign link...

can someone help?
