Banner Testing Process

First of all, thanks for the awesome posts on your blog, Charles. They've helped me gradually bounce back from my SEO failures.

I currently have an adult campaign that's profitable without much optimization. My issue is with my banner testing process.

Right now, I have 2 batches of 5 winning banners (10 total) and want to come up with 1 more batch of banners to rotate. To find more winning banners, is it better to keep rotating these 2 batches while running 1-2 new banners in each batch?

Or am I better off pausing my winning banners and running only new banners until I find my next batch of high performers?

Here's what I would do.

Pause your winning batches. Launch 10-15 ads and find the winners from there.

Now you have batch a, b, c. You should rotate them to slow down banner blindness. Batch A for 3 days, Batch B, for 3 days, Batch C for 3 days.
