Best book you've ever read

Guys, I know it's a hard decision, but if you could recommend only one book, what would that be? Something that changed your life or revealed the great secret of success for you or helped you go over something....

Also, a brief description would be highly appreciated

I'd recommend the book "Everybody Lies" by Seth Stephens-Davidowitz. This book shows how big data can give us surprising new answers to important and interesting questions.

Still currently reading what I believe to be the best I've read so far and it's "Awaken the Giant Within" by Tony Robbins. Then I'd say Ca$hvertising.

No book has ever changed my life but some have been influential.
Out of print now, I read: 'Showmanship Sells" when I was a teenager -- opened my eyes to the shallow world and made me a true cynic

At least I understand the circus we live in -- then and today
