Best way to scale up mobile pop up campaigns

Hello, I am kinda new to mobile marketing and would like to get some help.
These days I've been using popads.net for my mobile campaigns. Results for yesterday:

I've already optimized:
Disabled non converting websites.
Disabled non converting ISPs/Carriers.
Landing Page's CTR.

What can I do now? Keep running it and disable more non converting targets or try new PPV networks out, offers, even landers.

Oh and I am not bidding much, because max. EPV I can get is 0.0006 or maybe 0.0007.

try to change header font, color, image
other traffic source, redirect domain

I'm thinking about giving ZeroPark another try, going to use their domain redirects. I'll update my LP too.
I might give airpush a try too, going to design a few banners tonight.

I guess my offer's CR is pretty low too...
