Optimize videos title and thumbnail.
Share the video not only in social media but also in forums if relevant.
Partner with other influencers.

Advertise on Youtube is also an option, have you tried that? i know some of my friends have channel tube that paid high CPM for low views, so that is not the best option to reach thousands of views a day, i even read some blog how the video industry has beeing low quality of advertising.
