Big losses. Whats your story?

Man, as a newbie I'm taking some pretty big losses while still in the learning curb. I have good days and bad days but over all the bad days are killing me.

How big did you lose before you could remain the black?

Try with all free methods like
1) Free blogging platforms like blogger, weebly, webs.
2) Free promotion methods like Youtube videos, SEO, articles, forums, etc.
This will cut your loses and start you earnings. I suggest not to go via ppc route as of now. For starting you can go with content locking/ppd. That will get you the required money to get going

Thanks man. I really want to run some legit campaigns and it seems the free traffic route isnt very stable. I'll admit I don't have any experience with it so maybe I'm missing something. Appreciate the thought out reply..

Losses happen, i've personally spent thousands on sites to sell them for hundreds or nothing.

The main lesson I learned was to take your time and properly plan before you execute - don't rush into anything!

But my BIGGEST lost was $16k when a big name network shut down and decided to screw their affiliates by not paying.... :/

Very disappointed news, sorry to know that. But now again you can start with FB, Youtube traffic. It still works.

Just to update this thread. It looks like my big losses are starting to fade I've been in the black for the last week and it looks to be going up up up. I've tested, retested and tested so more and it really is paying off. Hopefully, today will be my first 100 dollar day

Thanks. I didn't hit the 100 dollar day yet but I hit 40.00 pure profit yesterday which is nice after being in the red day after day. I'm up about 145 bucks for the week.

Am beginning to see free traffic and just working on conversions now.

Bit late for the advice as you are on the up but I have always said you should never put up more than you can afford to lose... that way it may suck if you lose it all, but you still get to eat

Biggest loss for me was actually over this summer. Got a job making landing pages and revamping websites to convert more. First paycheck came through fine, then I was asked to hold off on the next check until we all got a big project launched.

Needless to say, two months without pay, and as soon as the project launched, they shut down the office, and left town. I'm out $4.2k now, still trying to rebound from it.

Thanks god, when i first started into affiliate marketing i didn't have any loss. Not mentioning roulette(casino) because i've lost lots of money onto that fuc*** up system!
